The 2012 corn hybrid data is now posted on www.utcrops.com.  Needless to say, yields are lower than typical in some locations due to limited rainfall, but results reflect the conditions growers experienced this season.  Extremely low yielding trials may not be helpful when making hybrid selections for next year.  Instead, growers should put more focus on data generated in locations that received better rainfall, the Milan REC irrigated data or data from 2011 when making hybrid choices.
